Research, interviews, report writing...

Papaya can design, manage and deliver a wide range of research projects, from short, desk research-based notes through to highly complex research programmes utilising multiple methodologies and involving interviews with hard-to-reach subject matter experts, adding additional freelance resources where required.

While projects typically span a wide range of technology-focused topic areas, Papaya’s specific areas of expertise span online platforms, including the technological and human-based solutions required to address online harms; data-enabled law enforcement; internet architecture; fixed and mobile networks; and hyperscale cloud.

In recent years, Papaya has managed many major research projects on behalf of HMG departments (including DSIT and the Home Office) and the investigatory powers community on topics including AI, cybercrime, deepfakes and messaging fraud. It has also conducted several projects on behalf of Ofcom, in preparation for the Online Safety Act, focusing on the regulation of harmful content online.

Please get in touch to discuss your research requirements.
